Jeannie leads the Nampa Family Justice Center with compassion and vision. She oversees the day-to-day coordination of services, ensuring that every survivor who walks through the doors receives care, advocacy, and a path toward healing.

Her leadership bridges community partners, law enforcement, and support services to create a truly collaborative space of hope.

Crystal has been a dedicated case manager at the Nampa Family Justice Center for nearly eight years, bringing compassion, knowledge, and unwavering support to both clients and colleagues.

While working at the Center, she earned a degree in Criminal Justice, further strengthening her ability to help clients navigate the legal system with confidence and understanding.

"The most rewarding part is witnessing clients face challenges they never thought they could overcome. Seeing their inner strength emerge from beneath layers of self-doubt gives me that 'proud ' feeling"

She values the collaborative, supportive environment that makes the NFJC such a special place to work. Outside of the Center, you'll likely find Crystal at a baseball field, enjoying sunny days and cheering on her family from the sidelines.
